About NMN

β-nicotinamide mononucleotide; β-NMN; NMN

  • CAS No.: 1094-61-7

    What is NMN?

NMN stands for nicotinamide mononucleotide, a molecule naturally occurring in all life forms. At the molecular level, NMN is composed of a nicotinamide group, a ribose sugar and a phosphate group. NMN is the direct precursor of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) and is thought to increase NAD+ levels in cells.

  • By increasing the NAD+ level, we can:

    • activate SIRT protein which is considered to have the ability to extend life

    • participate in the energy center response, stimulate the cell metabolism to speed up, enhance the function

    • participate in the DNA repair process

  • Why NMN

NMN is the best known NAD+ supplement:
NAD+ could not be absorbed effectively by oral route.
NMN is the most direct precursor of NAD+ synthesis in organism.
NMN can be converted to NAD+ in the liver after 15 minutes of oral administration
The efficiency of NR metabolism to NMN in vivo is low

  • Safety of NMN

NMN is largely considered to be safe and not toxic, even at high concentrations in mice and a human study. Long-term (one-year) oral administration of NMN in mice does not have toxic effects. The very first clinical trial in humans was completed and the evidence supports the idea that NMN is not toxic at single dosages.

    Product features/advantages:

    1. Enzymatic process, using the same as the production pathway of NMN in human body.
2, Purity > 99%, and do not contain any harmful impurities.
    3. Produce in the factory in accordance with cGMP (Taizhou Pollenin), and complete the purification and packaging in the clean area
